Welcome to PROVIDENCE SENIOR HOME LLC!
We are a residential home for the elderly located in Indian Trail Area in Spokane, Washington.
Our home is located in a cul-de-sac away from traffic and noise. The home has a large living room where residents can spend time socializing. All bedrooms connect to the living room to reduce confusion and have ease of access. Residents with Dementia will be monitored closely and 2 staff will always work together to keep the residents safe and allow them opportunities to walk and enjoy the area with a companion.
Our residents have a great benefit by having additional supervision and assistance during their twilight years. Our staff is highly trained, very carefully selected, and all love their job and are compassionate towards our resident’s families. Our staff range from English, Romanian, Korean, Italian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian speakers. We serve many different types of food and offer choices for those who prefer to eat something different.
Our personalized care plan for our residents ensure that their individual interests are incorporated and that their individual capabilities are assessed in order to provide the right level of support. We include the resident and family/guardian in the decision-making process and care planning to include the residents’ preferences. Thus, each resident will have a mix of independent living, privacy, companionship, and sound mind, body, and spirit.
Our home is close to amenities such as parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and medical care facilities. Thus, promoting social well-being for residents that enjoy leisure activities away from home.

Get to Know Us
PROVIDENCE SENIOR HOME LLC is run and owned by Sandu Codreanu, RN, who has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years. He started his healthcare career at Brookdale Senior Living Long Term Facility in Bellevue, WA in 2006. He was then recruited by the Orthopedics Unit Manager to work as a NAC at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. Sandu found his soulmate in Spokane, WA and decided to transfer to Sacred Heart Hospital where he pursued his RN Degree at Spokane Community College. Sandu graduated from the RN program from SCC in 2014 and worked as a Registered Nurse at Sacred Heart Medical Center from 2015-2020, where he gained immense experience in Cardiac Care and in Acute Care in Respiratory Unit.
